Best way to keep clothes looking brand new. Washing, Storing, Drying etc..

Does over drying cause clothes to wear and fade faster? Should I was clothes inside out? Should I was clothes less often. Cold or Hot Water? Should I take clothes out of dryer when there just almost dry and let them hang and dry. Should I try never to fold clothes. Should I have dehumidifiers in my closet? Iron before I hang up?

Tips Tricks Do' s and Don't s please.

  1. If you do put your clothes in the dryer, dont put it on high heat, I put all my clothes on low heat, it takes a little longer but they are not bone dry when they come out

And always dry clean your nice clothes

As soon as your clothes are done, take them out so they dont wrinkle

I use wooden hangers for my clothes

Also, dont smush your clothes in the closet to the point where its so packed you cant move them

I would wash jeans inside out, so they dont fade as quickly.

    Whites-hot water

    brights/darks-cold water

    jeans-hot/warm water

  2. I always wash my clothes in the coolest temp that I believe will get them clean. Always use a quality detergent. And wearing clothes once doesn't mean that they are dirty. Just use common sense. I do not dry my clothes at all. Air drying saves a lot of wear. I then iron all my clothes and hang most. I only fold pjs and work out clothes.
