best way, by person experience, is to experiment with all those buttons. grab up your favourite picture (or least fav, doesnt matter :P) and try to fix it, add stuff to it, go through all the effects, or adding a border. figure out all the stuff on your own that way you'll remember it better.

Try looking at other pictures people make and then pop into yahoo answers to ask how you can do it on PSP. People will help you, thats why we are here. :)

You will love PSP as soon as you get the hang of it and soon you'll be a pro at it and you'll be answering people's questions on here too. :)
