I would like to lose 7-10 pounds replace it with muscle. Recently this summer Ive noticed i'm developing a little bit of a belly. I used to always be REALLY skinny and now I believe my metabolism has slowed down a tad bit and I want to get back to the way I was. I'm an 18 year old male.Obviously exercise is the answer, but which ones are most effective?I used to be 128lbs 5'8 and now i'm about 140-2 or so at 5'9.My target weight is 135 or less. Please help.
