Write to National Geographic, Conde Nast, lonely planet, Frommers, Airline magizines, AARP, readers digest and see if they'll pay you to be a stringer. Maybe playing up on that prostitution angle you could try writing an exploring prostitution piece playboy or one of those type magazines.

a stringer is considered an independent contractor and receives payment for each piece of published work. Often, stringers are used by news outlets tackling projects for the television and print news industry.

They are right about the prostitution thing tho. It goes the other way. Between Soi 2-6 there are alot of girls ready to get paid for s*x. I guess you could TRY and see if you can find older women who are there alone or mayb female backpackers. I dont think you'll have much luck but you could try I guess. And if you're willing to swing the opposite way then you might have a better chance if you can find some g*y guys(Thai or other nationality).

I wouldnt do the drug smuggling thing. The cops loo the other way at prostitution(the have 4 streets DEDICATED to be the red light district) but drugs are another thing. Do you want to spend 30 years in jail for smuggling drugs? I wouldnt! lol. Esp in a Thai jail.

I had a British guy approach me and ask if I wanted a tour of Wat Po and The Grande Palace. I asked him how he knew so much and he said he did alot of research and give great tours to westerners b/c he speaks english. He stood on the street and approached me.

I took his tour for $50B and it last 2 hours. And he bought me a coke.

So maybe that??

Who would hire a straight foriegn male prostitute in Thailand?  Girl backpackers? No they s***w male backpackers for free.  Thai girls?  Dream on... the money flow goes the other way.

Every travel blog I read, I do for free... those who have tried to make money off of it have failed, and I seriously doubt if you would have the brain capacity to make that work.

Buy and resell what? Local products? There are import export companies that do that.  They operate on razor thin margins, and you would not have a chance to make any money doing that.

Hence I suggested teaching for three months... anything longer than three months they would peg you as a fraud.

You posted a question and haven't found an audience for it, so I think it would be fair to say that your question was at least flawed, and more likely you are stupid.  If you are, there are enough stupid farang in Thailand. got it?

EDIT:  While  I do agree that being a freelance journalist is an excellent way to earn money whilst travelling, I would highly doubt that a person with such people skills and writing abilities would be able to get anything published by any type of travel publication.

What about drugs courier, if your going to ask a silly question.

Another way to make money is take a holdall thro the airport. on your exit on your way home and buy about 5,000 cigarettes you get them for about 15% discount works out about 10USD a sleeve then sell them on your way home for about 40 USD a sleeve.

You could save money by staying home but again I also think your a little stupid like HOPE, we can't all be wrong think about it...
