Get bread, slice nice and thinly down the middle. Lightly brushed with olive oil, garlic, parsley, and vegan parmesan. Place into the oven and cook until lightly brown. Take out of the oven, let cool. Eat and enjoy!

On a panini press machine! You will get it nice, hard, crunchy and golden brown with grilled marks!

I like to put butter (a butter alternative) on the bread then broil it in the oven until it crisps and the butter melts. The butter melts into the bread, but it doesn't get soggy. My favorite topping is Cinnamon sugar, which is sometimes my dessert! or jelly and other typical toast topping's.

I like to use white wheat bread (bread that's white but made of whole grains).  I toast 2 slices of bread in the toaster on medium (5).  Then I spread Tofutti better than cream cheese on both pieces.  Sometimes I will put jelly on top of the Tofutti.

I like to have a nice cup of chocolate soy milk with it:)
