hi!!! i need to know how to make my nails thicker and longer.

they are relatively weak, so i need some help!!! and please dont be all like "oh, theres no way to make your nails thicker, blahdy blahdy blahhhhhh"

like are there any really good nail polishes or some good hand cremes?
