Best way to manage sleep?

i am 18 and i need about 9 hours of sleep a night. i started my first job a couple weeks ago (4 pm to 12 midnight) and i am really tired. on my days off my mom wants me to help her outside but she only works out there in the morning. what is the best way to manage my sleep schedule so that i don't feel tired all of the time.

  1. Nap in the afternoon, after helping your mother.


  2. Try to go to bed the same time every night. Your body will get used to that and start to feel tired when you approach that time. Avoid caffeine before bedtime. Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night. If you do get up in the morning to help your mom take a nap in the afternoon if you feel tired. Just try to make it a short nap because taking too long of a nap will only make you feel more tired and may interfere with you getting to sleep at an appropriate time later.  

  3. You can adjust your timings. Get up late in the morning. You can try to sleep or take rest during day time for about two hours. You have to manage like this.
