  1. PNP because you can go to Canada right away on a temporary work permit and you will have your PR within a year.

    Federal Skilled worker, SAP or regular, is slow as molasses, you don't need a job offer but if you check the processing times on immigration Canada website, Sydney right now is finishing 50% of applications within 29 months.  If you are not in a hurry, feel like waiting 2-3 years before you go, that's fine.  It's nice to not need a job offer beforehand, however, if you take this route, make sure you do check the job market before you decide where to move and look into how easy/hard it will be to get a job in your field.  Many FSW are disappointed when they arrive in Canada and can't find a suitable job right away.


  2. The best way is to first determine if any of your experience/educational qualifications are in high demand in Canada.

  3. Best way?: Definitely PNP

    Why?: Bcoz 3 - 6 mths only (SAP is 2 - 3 years)

    and for your particular occupation, it's BC PNP (see below links).
