  1. The muscles on the upper part of the body can be developed through weight training with dumb bells.Performing boxing movements will also help in building muscles of the upper body. Leg muscles can be built by doing squats or sprinting.Check this out

  2. i play junior varsity and varsity volleyball and  what you basically need to do is stretch your arms and legs. do, 75 sit-ups and push-ups. this may sound difficult, but i lost 35lbs, and i gained muscle. it's not that bad once you get used to it. also, we do wall exercises, like squat on the wall and get lower and lower. umm, you probably need to run at least 3.5 miles, at least  2 times a week, and hit the gym!!! some people don't know that volleyball is very important, and you HAVE TO STRETCH AND RUN!! if you can't do either than tough luck! but , basically do what i said and you will be fine. i have been playing volleyball for 7 1/2 years and TRUST  me, i know how they work ya! i hope i helped, and good luck!

  3. Do ten push ups everyday. If your arms are starting to be able to do more, start doing twenty everyday, and increase the number every month or week. Do squats with your legs, or just get outside or on a treadmil and start to walk.
