  1. from the North Hollywood red line station you can

a direct bus to Pasadena (its LADOT commuter express

    line 549

it departs at 6:14 am and arrives in Pasadena at 6:40

    (at Fair oaks and Walnut

(this bus does con tined down Los Robles to Cordova

so you could have a choice of transfer to a bus on Fair oaks

to get you closer to the hospital

or taking  the bus direct to Cordova and Los Robles

the problem is you are going to cut a bit close either way

if you have be there by 7:00am

(cost for this bus is $1.75

you *could* take the Red Line all the way downtown LA and then gold line but again you will cut it close

  2. Red line subway to Union Station, and then Gold Line to Pasadena.

Once in Pasadena, I have no idea where this hospital is, but I'm sure there is a bus that will take you there from the Pasadena meto station.
