  1. Start small again, gain your confidence back! a trick i use is to spell your name as you go over the jump, it focuses you on somethin other than your fears.

  2. First ,, I want to know what made you Freak out ??

    what has happened??

and what is your fear ??

And why does your trainer bother you ??

How does she treat you when you go to out side shows??

and falling of at home shows Tells me your not ready to be jumping , no matter is someone is yelling at you or what ever!

So, I believe thats theres more to this story then your telling us. ,, It might be more your horse??? But falling off all the time tells me,, it 's,,you and your SELF confidence?

    MAYBE !!!?

How awesome do you do at the other shows ? meaning do you win ?

or just make it around the course with out falling off ?

and level of ridding are you at ?

Would you,, Please tell me more about you and how old your horse is ,How long have you been with this trainer ,,

and how high are you jumping ?

Falling off all the time is a very BIG DEAL , DOES HE STOP ? OR YOU JUST LET GO AND FALL OFF ?

    PLEASE TELL ME MORE

    O.K. so I can help

    Thanks

  3. Hi Well , Good Luck and I hope you end up over comming your fears in something you love most (horse ridind)

Well muby it is a good idea to get a good trainner that can help you rebuiled your confdaice up again and a trainner that is calm and not pushy and let's you take everything at your own time . Try just putting the jumping poles on the ground and make your horse trot over them then slowly make the jump a little bit higher and then you may get your natral pashion back and not freak out try it and good luck thanks,

  4. First ride on flat surfaces at low speeds. Before you do Horse jumping, get into perfect physical shape, do flexibility excercises and build confidence.

  5. start off slow. jump smaller and more often. start off with about 3 weeks straight of just jumping x's, and then move on to verticals that are only about 2' and by themselves. then start to jump lines and raise the jumps little by little. and then once you feel comfortable enough start out with a small course at 2' once again. and then build the number of jumps and the height that they are at. good luck!
