i need to send a letter from London to manchester, how many stamps would i need and does it amtter if they are 1st class/second class etc.? its jsut a normal, regular envelope. also what is the best way to protect my money inside the evnelope?

For first class, which should get there in one day, you need £0.36. For second class, which should get there in three days, you need £0.27. But you should not be sending cash in the mail!!! If it's lost, you only get compensated for £36, and anything above that is your loss. Write a check instead, or get a money order.
