Best way to relax after a long hard day?

just got back from school and im streesed and burnt out....

  1. Do something you like to do that totally different from what you have been doing all day.  A really absorbing, good movie, a good book.  Music. Something that will captivate you as completely as possible. Or, go to a place (maybe in your backyard), where you can be alone and think and enjoy yourself thoroughly.

  4. Listen to a cd tape with an ocean or wind meditate to it!

  5. go to zena spa and get a massage faceal and a pedecure it feels good

  6. Listen to your favorite music...eat and watch dvd...

  7. Always a hot bath or shower.  Something simpler a glass of wine, but it is kind of early, so a cup of tea works for me. I also like to watch a silly nonsensical TV show to relax the body and mind. Let's not forget that we craft to relax and take our minds off the daily grind while creating something uniquely beautiful and pleasing to ourselves and others.

  8. It may sound counterintuitive, but working out is actually quite relaxing and stress relieving.  Finding a good balance between exercise and "laying around" should make you feel better and warrant off that burnt out feeling
