I'm thinking of getting the ipod shuffle for running, which is the best set up, arm band or clip, and the most suitable ear pieces? Thanks

  1. put them behind your head and then twist them in front of your neck then into your ears so they don't have a lot of extra slack.

  2. Hello. I am a semi-professional Runner (I didnt make the olympics unfortunatly) and I am trying to help Americans become more fit.

I am currently working on a website on which you can submit your fitness information and I give you a personal Training program. The website is not up and running yet, so I currently am allowing people to email me their information and giving programs out that way. THIS IS FREE.

This is not a scam. I am not asking for any personal information. You dont even have to give me your real name. If you choose to get a personal training program, please email me (personalfitnesstrainer011@yahoo.com)

My program is based on the Lydiard System. If you are skeptical feel free to look him up.

  3. dont run with a ipod

  4. I would suggest having the belt clip and putting the earphone cord under your shirt so your arms dont keep ripping it out.  I think the best buds would be the ones that hook around the back of your ear.  i always have trouble keeping the inner ear buds from popping out while i run.... but then again i do have tiny ears.  lol!

  5. Try the cordless bluetooth earphones!  Expensive but worth it.

otherwise, get the clip for your waist, because if you put it on your arm and run, the cord flies around everywhere as you swing your arms.

  6. I have the ipod shuffle (that's the smallest one, right?). It already comes with a clip attached and is the greatest investment I've ever made. i think they run around $50 dollars, but are extremely light weight and easy to use. I wear mine clipped to the front waist band of my running shorts so that I can easily adjust the volume or change the song. I put the headphone wire up through the bottom of my shirt and out through the top to keep the wires from dangling about. I've found that the best headphones are the ones with the clip that go around the back of the ear, to keep them from falling out. I have a sony brand and they work great.
