Best way to see bridge at portneuf in Paris?

I've never been but am going next weekend. I've always thought this bridge was beautiful but am not sure whether I'll just be lucky enough to see it or if it is out of the way of the normal Paris monuments (where I'll be)...so I just need some guidance thanks

You mean Pont Neuf .Well you can walk the bridge ,drive the bridge or even a take boat tour on the Seine river'
