Best way to sell property in Costa Rica?

My brother in law owns 3600 sq feet lot in Costa Rica.There is no house and he is asking for abour $50 000.Is this a good price?What will be the best way to sell it?I am in Canada right now.

If you guys are in Canada the best thing to do is look for a real estate broker.
