Best way to study abroad in greece?

I am thinking about where to study abroad Spring 2009 and i was wondering if anyone has studied in Greece. What programs are available, is it cheap to travel to the rest of Europe, whats the weather & general atmosphere like. I dont speak any Greek would this be a problem as well?
