I want to tone up around my middle but are not too sure how to go about this without joining a gym. What exercises can I do? Cardio etc? Also at what points in the day should I do these? At home I have a sit up machine thing... and one of those things that you stand on and turn from side to side (as you see I'm not very down with the gym lingo)I'm 17 and 5"4 if this helps anything? I eat healthy foods and am probably getting my 5 a day most days! Are there any foods that aid weight loss?Thanks in advance!
