Best way to train range on runescape?

Question

im lvl 55 range (member) and i really want to get to 70 range.

what is the cheapest yet most effective way of achieving that?

ive been killing the blue dragon under the heros guild so i can sell the bones and hide for cash.

aslo... wat lvl range do u suggest to have b4 going to kill the black dragons in the range spot?

im 80 combat btw

Do the biohazard qest.

Buy a bone crossbow (dorgushun crossbow)

Buy many bone bolts (2 - 3 gp ea)

Go to the kings ransom training arena and kill the ogres..

(Its located north of ardy)

Best place is Fire Giants. Do waterfall quest and you get access. They give great xp and awesome drops. Lots of rune items, charms and runes.
