Just go to the new school and enroll.  Your parents will have to go do this.  The new school will get your records from the old school.

Be sure that the new school is one you're zoned for, because you would be in trouble for trying to attend out of zone.

Schools are open at least a few days of the week. If that is a problem go to the District office. Make sire that you present a good reason fop the transfer. If it is due to moving you should have proof of your new address./
