Best way to treat a shed with some bad wood rot and lots of wood lice?

im trying to fix my shed, its very big and not too bad condition mostly but there are a few areas that have bad wood rot and lice, is there any good ways to treat this, as the shed is going to home my pool table!!!

Rotted wood can no longer be treated as rotted wood is weak wood.  The best thing is to remove the rotted wood and replace with treated/galvenized wood.
