Best way to whiten teeth?

right now some of my teeth have cavities, and one is actually broken, but the rest of them are ok and i would like to know the best ways to whiten teeth without giving me the blochy spots on my teeth. What has worked for u?

To me the best thing is getting your teeth cleaned by the dentist. Because none of those whitening products work.

Rub strawberries on them- some people have had great results with this. It is inexpensive and tasty!

I worry about the over all health of your teeth, it sounds like you could use some dental work.  White teeth are desirous, but healthy teeth are essential.

Now there are many different things you can do.One is of course brush and floss regularly.Use ACT and or whitening toothpaste which google will give you a list of the best ones.I have done exactly that and have never had one cavity.Try it out.Oh and don't forget to visit my website.It is called aiyanastories.weebly.com !
