  2. weight training!!!!

  3. Throw around every other day. Every week or two throw more. Lift some weights. Not to many if you're a kid. Always stretch. Long toss is good. Good luck and remember velocity isn't everything. Look at a good example in Tom Glavine. The guy was one of the most dominant pitchers of the 90's and still does well. He only hits very low nineties if he's feeling good.

  5. Do curls with 1 pound weights all day long Until u go to sleep.

  6. make him pitch a lot of innings  

  7. lift weights, push ups, flails, medicine ball, oh and ice after evry day  

  8. Have your "Scouts" for the Reds tell you. You said you talked to them, hung out maybe? s*x?

  10. You have to keep throwing...throw a lot of long toss even if you bounce the ball.  Also do weight training but not to bulk up just do enough so you stay strong.  Do a lot of stretching as well to keep your arm flexible.
