  1. Sunny and warm on the south coast, light showers around La Rochelle, cool and cloudy in Masif Central, rain in Normandy, Brittany and Pas de Calais.

  2. I use this one all the time and my in-laws usually confirm that it is accurate.

Type in the nearest big town to where you are going.

One thing to be aware of though is if it is the south of France and it says showers or storms take a look at the temperature. It's not like the uk where grey skys and drizzle can drag on all day - it's more like a quick outburst then it dries up in 30 minutes or so. As long as the temperatures are good it's actually quite refreshing!

  4. I know in Paris right now its chilly.  My sister called yesterday and she said they had to wear sweaters b/c it was chilly.  Which is crazy since its almost Aug.  The south of France is usually warmer and they get about 300 days of sunshine a year!  So if you want to go to the warmer climate, I would suggest Cannes or Nice, Monaco, that area.  But if you like cold, I know up in Normandy, its a bit chillier since its near the water, but you got beautiful beaches up there and some cool things to see like Mont St. Michael.

  5. I use the Yahoo link to the weather channel website: http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/FRXX00...

(I have sent you the link for Paris but you can change the location to another French city, they are listed in alphabetical order : http://weather.yahoo.com/regional/FRXX.h... )

If you click on "extended forecast" you can get detailed forecast such as hour by hour, weekend, etc.
