I am a former chef and years ago the bakery in Simpson's made a nice one, and Hunts bakery in the mini mall south of the Old Simpsons store (Bay on Queen) did to, now a day A&P stores have a good in-store bakery, and any of smaller bakerys will do a nice, trouble is finding one with real whipped cream like in the cream puffs and longjohn donuts, there is a British bakery called "Mrs Bridges" that has outlet stores I can give you the link to look at, trouble is now aday it is all hit and miss, you just have to hit the right place and sometimes the right day??


  2. I'm VERY fond of everything made at Dufflet's. Here's a site for them. Their original location was on Queen St. W. near Niagara but there are more in the GTA now.
