how long does it take for betta fish to breed betta fish from the point in which you put them together after he makes the bubble nest

i think it takes 28 to 30 days that is the average due time my platy just had some fry and on only has one eye i call him albert eyestine

okay platys are different than bettas

it can take anywhere from a few hours to the whole day. I helped a friend breed his bettas and it took his fish 6hrs to breed but it can take more or less than that. If they dont breed in a day, it is my opinion that you should seperate them and try again later.
