Beta fish tank and faqs

Question

where can you find those 10 gallon tank that is made especially for beta fishes? there are these dividers in the tank so that they don't fight. and also, is it ok if i try to put them in the same tank?

you can put females together so long as they have enough space

well try looking at petsmart, target, or walmart and you can put them in the same tank, but they will be mad and swim against the wall leading into the other side. but if its females they wont want to fight. so make them all female bettas. good luck!

Well at PETSMART they sell dividers for 10,20, and 50 gallon tanks

and unless they are both female dont even attemt putting them together even with two females i dont recomend it unless the tank is like 500 gallons

also if you have a divided tank MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE LID ON AT ALL TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i made the mistake of keeping it off while i went wo my friends house and one jumped into the other side and i ended up with about 150 unwanted babies

You buy a 10G tank AND then you go to the arts and craft store OR Wal-Mart and buy a large sheet of Plastic Canvas and some of the binder covers of reports the kind that slide onto the spine to hold all the papers together, you take the plastic canvas and cut oi to size slide the spine holder thing on to the plactic canvas, wedge it in the tank making sure that the bettas can not get over under or around it.

if you are think about getting Bettas DO LOTS AND LOTS OF RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING ANY FISH.

if you already have the Bettas DO LOTS AND LOTS OF RESEARCH ON THE FISH YOU ALREADY HAVE.

Make sure that the plastic canvas is not clear so the fish can not see through it very well.

most aquatic stores that sell fish tanks sell betta tanks if u were to put a male and female in the same tank then u need to make sure they get on together,but putting a male and female together is only best when they are going to breed if u do it before they are ready to breed they will basically try to kill each other
