Betfair software that places horse racing bets when you are away?

I live in good old Aussie, and I love to place bets on the horse races on Betfair. The problem is I want to place horse race bets on specific horses.Does anyone know of any downloadable software where I can select a race, a horse from that race, and a time for a bet to be placed (such as a minute before the race starts)??

you can use your mobile for horse racing betting,  as there is software to do that, just go to betfair.
