Better 100m time?

i need to get my 100m time better i want to run a 100m in 11 low or high 10 i currently do a 12ish i would like some advice and workouts i am willing to bust my butt out there to make this happen please help me

I think you should run more fast things.. like start with 50m ...do this maybe 50 times... than ... 70m ....and than 100m... it helped me a lot... and do also distance running...also I mean more than just a mile.. it can help a lot.. I can run the 100m in 10-11 seconds.. only a few time i was under 10sec...(9,7).. so good luck... but the big part of it is the start.. if you need to long to start the run.. you never will be around your "dream" time.. hihi so ..good luck with your work out

  3. well in my area (trivalley) there's a place called BodyMax

    it improved my 100 time like a second

    so that helped

  4. plyometric workouts... it would help a lot

    also run LSD's(Long Slow Distance) if you want.So you can run like 3 miles a day, slowly. It is important to run it slowly. I think it will help you a lot. This year I started with 13.37 fat time for the 100m, now my pr for the 100m is 11.73. So those work outs helped me out a lot.
