Better Fantasy Football QB back-up?

Question

I have Drew Brees as my starting quarterback. Currently Jeff Garcia in Tampa is my back-up but I have concern because he is 38 years old. It was just announced Chad Pennington is the new starter in Miami, but they don't have great recievers. Plus, it's the Dolphins. I could use some expert advice on whether to keep it the way it is, or to sign Pennington as my back-up?

Garcia made the pro-bowl last year so how bad can he be?  Besides, Dolphins suck.

I would probably stick with Garcia. Even though Pennigton has newly acquired Jake Long on the line, he will not have enough time to succeed as much as Garcia.
