I am a very serious dancer, but my arch is horrible! Many of my ballet teachers have told me that I could go on pointe in September if I strengthen my ankles and make my arch better. I know therabands work really well, and I am going to get one as soon as I get back (I am currently in south america), but I just need tips that don't involve equipdment ( I know I spelled that wrong, sorry!!) so that my arch will be good enough for me to go en Pointe in september. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
