Better blood circulation heavier periods?

if ive started to eat cayen pepper and ginger everyday to improve my blood circulation will i get heavier periods

  1. No. Unless you had something specifically physically wrong, it was working fine before, and will work the same after.


  2. It's hardly unlikely that those vasodilators or circulatory stimulants (same thing) would cause heavier periods as you body is very adapt maintaining homeostasis (balance).

    Same as if you accidentally cut yourself; your not going to start gushing a measurable increase in the amount of blood that seeps out because the blood will start clotting as quick as it started because although you have more blood flowing through... you would also theoretically have more platelets(platelets block the entrance to the wound to stop blood flow) flowing through at the same rate... so changes would be nil.

    Think of it like this; vasodilators dilate (OPEN your veins & arteries to allow the passage of blood to be easier & hence encourage blood to extremities (which are often the places most lacking in efficient circulation) but they aren't going to suddenly change a very complex component of the reproductive system.
