Better condition?

I wanna get a better condition (Being able to run for a longer time)

Can you give me any ideas how long i should run evryday .. Or so.. Please tell me how to do :)

Also .. Is it bad if you do situps and push ups same day as jogging?

  1. start out with some nice comfortable pace, go for time not distance.  Run for twenty minutes or so and slowly increase your time eventually those twenty minutes will fly by and you will be able to run for an hour plus without even thinking twice.  You can definitley do both sit ups and pushups on the same day as your jog, personally I find it easier to do crunches and pushups prior to running.
