Better guitarist: Joey Santiago or Dave Navarro?

Both of them are great, i cant deny that but i think i like Joey Santiago a bit more since you can tell he has influence of Chet Atkins with his styling

IMO, Joey Santiago is the better guitar player. Navarro will always be great as I'm a fan of Jane's Addiction. But, Santiago's work with The Pixies is so influential and underrated.

Technically, probably Navarro, but I prefer Santiago and I think that history will show him as the more influential guitarist. He just had such a cool style.

In the end, I will say Joey Santiago. I imagine, at least the evidence we have shows, that Navarro had more flash, but the thing with Santiago is that he just always seemed to be doing just the right thing. I really think he is one of the unsung heroes of nineties alt rock.
