Both are great signature moves. Evan gets an incredible amount of air time but Jeff''s ability to go higher and higher and pull it off successfully is truly amazing to watch. Also Remember Jeff has never broken a bone with this move ...

shooting star press is more impressive and harder to execute but the swanton is more original and gets a bigger reaction. i prefer the swanton but the shooting star press is always impressive to see.

I have always been a fan of the shooting star press and Matt Sydals (Evan Bourne just sounds so odd) is great. Plus Hardys swanton looks like he just rolls off the, barely even jumps to get hang time most of the time.
