Better hygiene for engineers?

I'm a junior BS Chem Eng now. I have trouble in handling my schedules. Can someone give me an advice on handling my schedules and my physical health through this hectic times.

  1. When I was an engineering student I would do three things to keep fit and re-focus my energy.

    1. Run with girl friend 3 miles on the track every morning before classes.

    2. Bowl a line at the rec center whenever I had some extra time during the day.

    3. Play a round of golf in the late afternoon once a week.
