Better tickets on ticketmaster?

I've bought 2 tickets for Madonna in London for Sep 11th. When I've gone back on Ticketmaster, just out of curiosity, they are better tickets available! I thought ticketmaster offered a 'best ticket first' policy. Why couldn't I have those tickets? Can I swap mine for them?

You most likely CAN swap them, look though the guidelines or simply ask them. The prices are always changing, the "best tickets first" policy menas they have the best tickets before the competition does, not they offer the best tickets against themself first.
