Say you place a bet of £100 with a decimal value of 4.5 - 2 weeks before the event takes place. You get your bet, the payout is £450. 3 days before the event the bookeeper doesn't like some press about the event and changes the odds to 1.5 giving a payout of only £150. Do I keep my original odds of 4.5 or do I now drop to 1.5?

Sorry if it's a no brainer but I am unsure of how bookies work.

Thanks
