Carrying $500

Is it better to bet high or is it better to bet low

ex: keep on betting $5-15 bets, and jus fluckshuait all night

ex: or bet $200 and win big or lose

$500 is not a lot to gamble with.  And is easily lost.

If you are going to play Blackjack, then you probably want to find tables with a nice low limit like $5 or $10.

But there are all kinds of interesting new table games out there, especially many based loosely on Texas Hold'em.  Many of these offer exciting bonuses if you get lucky.

If you try and play big with $500, it probably won't last an hour.

Finally, I have to compliment you on your spelling of fluctuate.  That was quite something! 'fluckshuait'  Priceless.

In terms of the odds of walkign away with more money than you started with, placing larger wagers is better.  Even though its better for the odds of winning, verythign will hapen faster though, and if you lose it may only be 15 minutes after you sat down which may or may not be acceptable if you say are flying out to vegas for 5 days and that money has to last you the whole week.

The reason for this is because as you play fewer and fewer trials, the house egde has less of an impact.  While playing for large amounts of money, in a short time you will either go broke or will have won so much money you wont know what to do with it, and you will stop playing, the less you play the more likely you are to walk away with money,  

***not that you are MORE LIKELY to walk away with money EVER, but you are more likely to do so than you would be if you were playing twice as many trials for smaller amounts of money.

If your playing blackjack make sure you buy a basic strategy card at a gift shop and obey it no matter what you think about the plays it says.

Also, NEVER bet more than half of the money you have on you, because if you bet all of your money on one hand, you wont be able to double down or split.  Failure to double down and split will increase the house edge 10 fold from what it could be under perfect playing strategy.

For starters get off the blackjack its never been a great winner! go to roulette or poker,roulette bet 5 black or red,bet the same colour for so many times( win or lose just continue with one colour at a time)always a smaller bet ,each time you win take winnings and cont. betting 5,so say after 7 or 8 bets make it 10 to bet each time but remember to always take off your winnings,just slowly progress.....dont be a loose canon. best of my lady luck to you xxxxxxx

Best thing is to save your money and leave.  The odds are SOooooo against you in the casino that it is just dumb to play.  You do realize where all the salaries and huge mega casinos get their money don't you???  People like you and me.  How often have you met someone who has really won in the casinos??  I mean without giving it back.

if you play it right 500 bucks is plenty to play blackjack with u just gotta go with the feel of the cards and try to figure out what u have seen come out and then decide how much u want to bet, also keep in mind that if your playing a 6 deck shoe the houses odds of winning are farily good i generally only play blackjack on double deck games cause you have better odds of winning off those well at least i do anyways, and if u take 500 bucks to a casino and bet 200 u can kiss your 500 goodbye in less than like 3 hands but just remember what every says more is better so stick with your 10-15 dollar bets and if your up then try like 40 or 60 or something and if u lose go back to ur 10-15 bet and another good way of making more money without risking more out of your pocket is if you win say 15bucks and u have a good feeling put the 15 you win ontop of your 15 and then it becomes 30 15 of which is yours and 15 is the casinos from the last hand and if you win that 30dollar bet then pull it back and put 15back out and your up 30
