Aries.

Taurus and Capricorn are strong signs, usually down-to-earth and peristent. not the type who would change their direction quickly.

scorpio is very intense. it would have to be Aries.

Taurus and Capricorn are earth signs. Scorpio isn't really flighty, at least I think.

I have a Scorpio friend she tends to be a bit flighty. Takes her a while to get back to me. However, Aries are too self absorbed to return my phone calls. It is always at their convenience.

I have never had any problems with a Cap or Taurus.

Just my personal opinion.

Taurus is the most down-to-earth, stable, and reliable of all the signs. Aries never finish what they start and it takes a lot to get a commitment from them. Scorpios will commit but only on their terms and Capricorns are a happy medium between all of these.
