Between the Phillies and Mets?

Who will end up on top in the NL East? Why?

It's a tough decision. They're both very good teams. However, the Mets just blew a 7-0 lead over the course of 4 innings. It is tied 7-7 and we're in extras.

Phillies will win the NL East.  

The Mets just lost John Maine for the season.  Billy Wagner is still out indefinitely.  The Mets bullpen has been a complete mess and eventually that takes a toll on the entire team.

The Phillies and Mets both have good offenses, but the Phillies have better SP and RP right now.

I'm gonna go with the Mets, because the Phillies were in first place for the longest time and when the Mets finally got up there it was big news.  They worked their way up there and they're not going to go back down.

I think after watching that game last night, it shows everyone that the Phillies will be on top again. I mean coming back from a 7-0 lead with your biggest rivals is saying a h**l of a lot if you ask me. The mets may have come back to first and it was big news, but the phillies have so much momentum that nothing can stop them.

I hope the Mets but it is a toss up. With John Maine and Billy Wagner on the DL it might he tougher for the Mets now.

i say the Phillies but with the last game just like last year its really hard to say because mets every time they play the Phillies the Phillies alway rallying back to tie or beat them or lose in extra inning but the phillies belive it or not is gonna come up with it because the Mets are sloppy they need there pitching to have a great day everyday in there bullpen is terrible
