It its a two syllable name with a one syllable name. It flows better and is easier to pronounce. Not that Lena Katherine isn't pretty, just not as nice sounding!

The both have a good flow. It is going to depend on the lastname. Some lastnames do not work well is a one syllable name like Claire.
