  1. This is a total guess but I would say around 140 -145 db.  I say this because unless you plan on going strictly for competition you are not going to get much more then that.  However, although it is not your goal it will be plenty loud.  You will have a really loud system and it will definetly be heard from a long ways away.

If you really want to get into your target range then you will have to have more of a competition setup.  That means you will need an enclosure made specifically for producing bass at a very small frequency range and nothing else.  This enclosure would only be good for playing tones though and not good for everyday use or for listening to regular music on.

Without an enclosure made specifically for playing tones you will not hit your mark.  This is because it is extremely difficult to get to those types of numbers.  If you wanted to get up to 170db you would need a car specifically for competition.  You would need a lot more power and again, a setup made for playing tones.  Not to discourage you because that setup will be really loud but I'm just trying to let you know what to expect.

Also, for that ball you would need a power inverter.  You can find those at many auto parts stores.  Then you just plug the ball into that.

    Good Luck!!!

  2. i would say anywhere from 2Db-4Db

you could hook it up with a power inverter http://www.crutchfield.com/app/product/g...
