Beyonce Loreal ad: Isn't the whole point of make-up to change ur skin tone anyway? What's the big deal?

Beyonce's about as fake as they get when it comes to looks. Who cares? If that's what she wants. She's always been hot but look at her old photos. So people are upset that Loreal may have changed her skin tone? Uh, hello! It's make-up.

  1. Uh no...it's not makeup actually...lol. They lightened her appearance, it's blatantly obvious. I didn't even recognize her. Beyonce has been lightening herself for a while now though, in the Ring The Alarm video she was PALER than she was in the L'Oreal ad. During the 90s she was about the same shade as Queen Latifah, now she expects us to believe that she "naturally" is the shade of Shakira? She's fake...but L'Oreal DID "brighten" her skin tone, though.

Ahmadine: There is a flaw in your analogy. Jenny Craig is supposed to make people THIN, L'Oreal is supposed to change HAIR COLOR...not skin color. Your analogy doesn't make sense.

  2. People, Beyonce is mixed raced. Her mom is extremely light creole(native american, native frenach and african). She took her looks and she is extremely light skinned beautiful african american woman naturally. She tans a lot so at times look darker, but with the amount of lighting used in photoshoots thelight shade will be enhanced. People need to start respecting others roots and stop racism.

  3. It's a sad day in fashion when people accuse Loreal of trying to change someone's appearance. What's next? Accusing Jenny Craig of trying to make people thin?

  4. the point is not to change your skin tone but to even it out. but beyonce's face does look alot paller. thats not what her skin really looks like. could have just been the lighting though

  5. ...yep.

If it really isn't a big deal, you wouldn't have posted a "question" putting across your view.

    Easy points for mee!
