Question:

Biblical message on homosexuality now criminalized. Really?

A new Colorado law signed into law in May 2008 by democrat Gov. Bill Ritter. He struck gender-specific restrooms and locker-rooms statewide when he signed the plan into law. This means its fully legal for men to enter and use women's restrooms and locker-room facilities without notice or explanation. In other words, every woman and little girl will have to fear that a predator, bisexual, cross-dresser or even a homosexual or heterosexual male might walk in and relieve himself in their presence. The law says churches can condemn homosexuality within their four walls, not outside the church. Any religious organization cannot condemn homosexuality in their publications, to do so could find themselves charged with a violation of this statue. So far this law hasn't been tested. Has this law been done away with or is it still in full force?

  1. I don't believe a church can't condemn homosexuality in their publications. Show me.

  2. full force

  3. Religions can say what they like as long as they are not spreading hate.  I don't think this law would stand up to the scrutiny of the US constitution

  4. You didn't give the number of the law. I just did a little (very little) research and found the only thing remotely connected to your question was he signed a bill allowing g*y couples to adopt. This naturally has some folks up in arms. Could what you've heard be a little exageration?

  5. Amazing what happens due the US not being a theocracy.

  6. Any one who believes the bible to be the "word of God" is stupid.  God has better things to do than write a book that no actually reads.  It was secretly written by Shakespeare on the orders of King James.  It's  a elegantly written book of made up stories trying to express the Law of the Land.

  7. WOW, this is getting RIDICULOUS!

  8. good riddance

I'm tired of gun totting, sexist, racist, homophobes...

  9. What exactly does this have to do with religion? I think it's weird and wrong for men and women to walk into the opposite gender's restroom and your right there are sickos out there who will take advantage of this and stalk women and little girls, protected under the law.

Are you making this up? Can you provide a link?
