I take protein, creatine and I eat well and drink water and I dont drink alchol. I do super sets, I have tried different exercises, but no matter what I do my biceps dont grow. All I get is stretch marks. Dont get me wrong I know what I am doing andeverythingn else i see results and grows(shoulders, triceps, legs, back) but not biceps. I would like my biceps to grow so any tips/suggestions please post. Thank you.

  1. It's hard to judge from the comfort of this seat. I could say.. hey... you are acarrying too much body fat to notice the development of your biceps.... (but then you might have a low body fat) ..

or I could say... you aren't doing it right... i.e. you gotta twist your wrist at the top of the dumbell curl so that your biceps muscles build a peak ... (but you might already have good form)...

or I might say... you have long biceps and this just takes time...

or it could be that .. you are still developing through puberty and your body is spending its resources developing other more important areas....

What I do know is that big muscles take some muscle maturity.... so it will happen for you eventually.

I do back and biceps together one day a week. Seems to me every exercise I do on that day puts stress on my biceps....

  2. do low weights with a bunch of reps, then increase weight and decrease reps. when weight is really heavy do as much as you can

  3. Apparently you don't know what you're doing.
