  1. Excellent question, as proper fit is important.

I assume you are kidding about being less than 2cm tall, or that is a typo.  Mountain bikes are S, M, L and measured in inches. Road bikes are measured in centimeters (but the compact style use the S, M, L convention). The measurement is the length of the seatpost (not the wheel diameter) and even the way that is done varies among manufacturers.

Sheldon Brown has an excellent article on frame sizing. I've put the link below. Gary Klein's article on mountain bike sizing is the second link.  Finally, I’ve also put  links to the Colorado Cyclist and Bikes Direct pages on this subject. They are both excellent online sellers, one high priced and the other low priced.

    Good luck, and happy riding.

  2. I think you would be good on a 26 or 28" bike. And cute outfits for riding it!

  3. Well, it ain't that funny...

To answer your question: I can't.

1st different type bikes get fitted differently. Bikes also get fitted for intended use as well.

2nd, you still haven't posted a relevant height. I don't like assuming too many things is a single question.

  4. Hard to say as it depends on your inside leg size.

Best going to a dealer and try sitting on a bike to find out which are in your price range, are most comfortable, and more importantly, capable of doing the job you plan to use it for.
