Bicycle street sign meaning?

I was driving down the road and I saw a sign and I had no idea what it meant. It had a picture of a bicycle and under it, it had the letters "ET" can anyone let me know what it means? Thanks!

See that's why they should have a DMV hand book and license for all bicycles and a visible plate on the back of the bike= $10.00 a year for the privilege to weave in and out of traffic. This might end the defeicet in a few years on tickets alone. "ET" Emma Thompson?

That et or any other letters/abbreviations usually just mark a certain bike route, here in Colorado, boulder to be precise, we have a dancing waterbuffalo to mark one of our paths.
