Yet another boy who is spending way to much time looking at his family jewels where as he should be playing football with his mates.  

The size does not matter.  

But in your case I have to ask.  

How can it be one size with a measuring tape and another with a ruler?

Dont they both measure the same thing.

Pull you shorts up and go out side and play with your mates.

Same as me. Above average. And the proper way to measure is from pubic bone to tip with a measure, not ruler. Some guys claim from balls out, but that adds about an inch - which is why they do it, I guess.
