  1. Phownix maybe?

  2. Ahhh, Bertuzzi...the player you love to hate and hate to love.

Rumor is he is going to Vancouver.  It is easy to picture him in a Nucks jersey again.

  3. Cleary JENNI, this is an attempt to free up CAP money to re-sign Perry and Selanne!

  4. For one thing, Bert will never be "cheap"! He will end up a NYR or a Boston Bruin. Not a huge fan but he still is an elite player if healthy........just hasn't been healthy in 5 years.

  5. I don't see anyone claiming him and his salary.. He will be on a team next year.. for alot less $$$$$

  6. Bertuzzi is getting exactly what he deserves.. Nothing!!! When he was with the Islands, he was another hockey player..  When he was picked up by The Vancouver Canucks, they made a demi-god out of an average player, and it went straight to his head...

I had the misfortune to be working in a dining room atmosphere when they all came into the place as a collective group, and he was one of the most ill mannered individuals in a month of Sundays.. He had a lot of class...  Too bad is was all Fourth Class...!!!!

Someone will pickl him up out of feeling that he still has something left... He doesn't...!! He left it all on the ice after the Steve Moore attack... What a poor excuse for a human being he is...

  7. Hopefully not the Penguins. I'll have to shoot Shero. I can't stand Bertuzzi.

So, I really don't mind where he ends up as long as it isn't Pittsburgh, Montreal or Washington.

  8. Well they have a void in New York.I think the Rags fans would love Bert in a Rangers uni.

  9. Oh, the Canucks, for sure!

    ROFLMAO!

Seriously, however, if his career's not over then he'll probably end up on some team like Phoenix or Tampa Bay because he'll be a cheap, available veteran.

  10. yah, it is too bad for Bert. He was one of the best young NHL stars years ago, then that chump S. Moore tried to kill Naslund, forcing Bert to protect the Canucks star.  We all know the rest of that saga....

But now I am certain he will play again in NHL. Many many teams, all but the Avs, will show interest in him once he clears waivers.

I would love to have him on my team, that's for sure.
